When you open an account on ludo, you agree to our terms of use. We set out the conditions under which we operate—account eligibility, deposit and withdrawal rules, market settlement procedures, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction limitations. Settled winnings or losses update your balance immediately. You may withdraw your available balance at any time by requesting a payout in your ludo dashboard. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (mobile banking, local payment, online payment) typically complete within minutes to a few hours. Bank virtual account transfers may take 1–2 business days. We do not charge a ludo-side withdrawal fee; however, your bank or payment provider may assess charges on their end. We are not responsible for delays caused by banking system holidays (such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha) or your payment provider's processing delays.

Markets, Odds, and Settlement on ludo

Our odds are set by our pricing team based on available information and market demand. Odds may change without notice as new information emerges or betting volume shifts.
Once you have placed a market on ludo, your stake is locked at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. If odds move after you place but before the market settles, you are not affected—your market is settled at the odds you accepted. If we detect an obvious odds error (e.g., displaying an odds line that contradicts market information or our system), we reserve the right to void that market and refund your stake.
Markets on ludo settle based on official results from the competition organizer. For football matches, we use official league or tournament records. For live-dealer games, results are determined by real cards, real wheels, or real dealer actions. For slot games, outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. For esports, we use official tournament organizer results.
Once a market settles, it is final. We do not reopen or adjust settled markets except in cases of clear system error. If you believe a market was settled incorrectly, contact our support team within 48 hours with evidence. We will review and respond, but official competition records are binding.
On ludo, settled markets are final. We base settlement on official results and do not entertain appeals after the organizer confirms the outcome.
Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers on ludo
From time to time, ludo may offer promotional bonuses—welcome offers for new accounts, seasonal promotions during Liga 1 or Piala AFF tournaments, or other incentives. Each promotion comes with specific conditions. We communicate these conditions clearly at the time of offer.
When you receive a bonus on ludo, funds are typically credited to your account with a "playthrough requirement"—meaning you must wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it. The specific multiple and eligible categories (sportsbook, live dealer, slots) vary by promotion. If you do not meet the playthrough requirement within the specified time window, the bonus expires and is forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any unmet bonuses are removed from your account without compensation. Bonuses are not transferable or convertible to cash except as explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Dispute Resolution on ludo

If we determine that you have acted in violation of these terms, we may forfeit your account balance entirely. If we determine that suspension was made in error, we will restore your account and balance. This process may take several business days.
If you have a dispute with ludo regarding a settled market, withdrawn funds, or account balance, contact our support team via email. Provide details of the dispute, the date it occurred, and any relevant transaction information. Our support team will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied after our response, you may escalate your dispute, but we reserve the right to make a final determination based on our investigation and available records.
Jurisdiction, Liability, and Governing Law
Our ludo services are available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online gaming and sportsbook betting. If you access ludo from a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any legal consequences you face. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect market placement, internet connectivity issues on your end, unauthorized account access due to your password sharing, or disputes with third-party payment providers. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ludo operates. Any legal disputes will be resolved according to those laws. By using ludo, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the applicable governing law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update ludo terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of ludo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept changes, you may close your account.
